Bubblegum Crucifix Award # 17

[I don’t] “believe that evangelicals who voted for Harris are demonic [but] they talked themselves into voting for demons.” — prominent Christian Nationalist Douglas Wilson

(The Bubblegum Crucifix Award is presented weekly to the tackiest utterance or action in the name of religion.)

  1. Perhaps if that is what Mr. Wilson really believes, he may be using it to rationalize why he has no respect for Democrats. We Dems could do the same but we decided to accept Science and Constitutional laws as other sources of truth. That doesn’t necessarily mean that Democrats do not believe in the loving and compassionate teachings of Christ.–it only means that we do not except the entire Christin Bible, including parts of both the Old and New Testaments. as being infallible, because it isn’t inconvenient to deny facts, in order to have faith in a God? If Christians only consider MAGA men the way to prevent the left wing’s lost the faith in facts, and have placed it all in one basket, even though Christian Nationalist’s are not Christians, rather they are people who follow Hitlers playbook, to satisfy their believe in one true race being destined to control everything.
