It was a big week in stupid, folks. It included German Chancellor Friedrich Merz visiting the White House and reminding Donald McDonald that the next day was D-Day, whereupon the latter commented, “Not a pleasant day for you. that was not a great day.” Merz had to remind him that “This was the liberation of my country from Nazi dictatorship.”
Secretary of Education Linda McMahon (the wrestling lady) testified before Congress on what she claimed was a lack of accountability for Pell Grants supporting higher education. When she was asked if she had read the Pell Institute report documenting that there is indeed accountability, she replied that, well, no she hadn’t. She also indicated that she wasn’t familiar with the Tulsa Massacre or even Ruby Bridges. She should have done a little research with the aid of AI — or, as she calls it, “A One”. Apparently her mission is to establish how crucial the Department Of Education is by demonstrating what it’s like to be uneducated.
In another Congressional hearing, MAGA hack Josh Hawley of Missouri tried to make the case that his Lord and Master is being persecuted with excessive judicial injunctions (from judges of both parties) and presented a chart showing that Lord and Master has had far more injunctions against him than any other president. It would never occur to him in a million years that there just might be a good reason for this.
David Richardson, the acting head of FEMA, commented that he wasn’t aware there is a hurricane season in the U.S. After all, nobody ever talks about it, eh? After he came under fire, he claimed the remark was a joke. Don’t FEMA officials always joke about widespread devastation?
After a Sikh delivered a prayer in the U.S. House of Representative, Representative Mary Miller (R-IL) declared that it was “deeply troubling” that a “Muslim” should be allowed to pray in Congress. Hold my beer, said right-wing pastor Dale Partridge, commenting on the Sikh prayer that “Hinduism is demon worship.”
“Nobody is poor in America unless you choose to be.”– Joel Webbon
“If you’re a powerful guy, and you haven’t been accused of being a pedophile, a rapist, a sexual assaulter, something like that, I wonder if you have real influence.”– Elijah Schaffer
Texas state Rep. Nate Schatzline (R) said he wanted the school his children attend to be “celebrated” for being one of the state’s least vaccinated schools.
“Jews have prayed for another 9/11. They want dead Whites. Holocaust.”– Ali Alexander
After protesters clashed with ICE agents in Los Angeles, ICE director Todd Lyons weighed in thus: “These are real people with real families you’re hurting.” Which sounds like a sane, reasonable, human observation. Except he wasn’t talking about immigrants. He was talking about ICE agents.
Meanwhile, Lord and Master made a post congratulating the National Guard for a job well done in suppressing the supposed violence in Los Angeles. Except the Guard hadn’t even been sent in yet.
But stop the presses, we have the all-time champion of stupid. Surely nothing could ever top this one. Yes, this is REAL.

So Trump is either Richard Nixon or God?
A couple things about the Tim Pool post.
Valid points, but does number 2 really apply to Pool? He has no official connection to the administration, so he has no obligation to humor anyone. In other words, his stupidity and ass kissing seem to be entirely voluntary.
The cult seems to think he’s the boss of the country, of everyone in the country.
“…MAGA hack Josh Hawley of Missouri, makes the case that his Lord and Master is being persecuted with excessive judicial injunctions (by the judges from both parties) He has presented a chart showing that Lord and Master has filed more injunctions against him than any other president! It would never occur to him in a million years, that there just might be a good reason for this.”–How True!
It still amazes me that enough people in this country who long to see this (turntable and spit on my shoe) kind of political discourse. (perhaps because they feel persecuted and have decided to let Trump tell them how bad, insane and and illogical the Bizarroos!.
Trump lost more than 60 Court cases, for the plain and simple fact that he did not of evidence. and he tells us that even powerful Federal Judges fear the DEEP State? People want so strongly to have privy to gain access to backward sections of our world. and ideas and beliefs that they are willing to enter a bizzaro world where everything is backwards, and now the patients have the keys to the ward. But really, a court is where a judge and jury weigh factual “evidence” to discover which party is guilty, and where that guilt comes from fear, which comes from lack of education, and from rejecting Truths and scientific facts–in favor of one wanting to believe, or what you might find in your handbags if your (hands and guns don’t burden you as well. So may all our facts be enormous and wasteful!
instead of walking right through the front door, Big Brother sneaks through the back door where some of us discover that we want to rule the world–Remember! (Love is hate)! According to BB!
