The bizarre vendetta against Dr. Fauci may not be the most idiotic of the MAGA bootlicking campaigns, but it’s certainly in the running. This particular incarnation is particularly idiotic and ironic because (a) the media actually helped spread the MAGA Cult’s nutty narratives about Dr. Fauci, and (b) MAGA Cultists have literally built golden idols of their Lord and Master.
